Sharjah 24: Awladouna Centre in Sharjah received two accreditations: one from the Certified Autism Centre™ (CAC) and the other from the Down Syndrome Centre of Excellence™ (DSCE) by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES). This achievement reflects the centre's commitment to implementing the highest international standards in education, rehabilitation, and support services for people with disabilities.

Training and qualifying the entire professional team at the centre

The accreditation was granted after fulfilling all programme requirements, which included training and qualifying the entire professional team at the centre, along with a number of assistants and bus attendants. This ensures that all staff are fully prepared to provide specialised services according to best international practices.

This achievement coincides with the 25th anniversary of Awladouna Centre, marking another milestone in its journey of dedication and excellence since its founding in 2002.

The centre continues to solidify its position as one of the leading institutions in the Emirate of Sharjah in the field of education and rehabilitation for people with disabilities. This is achieved through ongoing investment in staff development, the provision of specialised programmes, and the promotion of quality of life and social inclusion in accordance with the highest international standards.
