Sharjah24: Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Wife of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah and Chairperson of the Sharjah Family and Community Council, has issued an administrative decision appointing Sheikha Al Suwaidi as Director of the Sharjah Ladies Club, an affiliate of Sharjah Hospitality Group, one of the organisations under the Sharjah Family and Community Council, effective 15 June 2026.

This appointment stands as a testament to Sharjah’s commitment to empowering distinguished leaders who place service to the community at the forefront of their mission. It reflects a broader governmental vision that prioritises the development of agile, high-performing organisations that study and anticipate community needs and respond to public expectations efficiently.

This decision underscores the forward-looking vision of Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, which emphasises empowering national talent and fostering exceptional leadership by recognising their contributions to drive excellence and innovation in the workplace and to advance community development across Sharjah.

In her new role, Sheikha Al Suwaidi will lead the operations of Sharjah Ladies Club, providing strategic oversight across all administrative and operational functions, ensuring the achievement of its objectives while elevating service delivery and organisational performance for the Club’s audience.

Her responsibilities will include managing the implementation of strategic plans, monitoring performance indicators, and embedding principles of governance, transparency, quality, and excellence within the organisation. She will also lead development initiatives and digital transformation projects, and foster a culture of innovation and sustainability within the workplace, ensuring the organisation remains adaptive and aligned with Sharjah’s broader vision for progressive community development.

Al Suwaidi will also play a pivotal role in driving the execution of key projects and initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of service quality for the public, and elevating the overall customer experience by delivering exceptional, high-quality services and offerings that meet both individual and community needs within a fully private environment dedicated to women. This reflects Sharjah’s approach to empowering women and reinforcing their integral role in society. Her focus will extend to attracting and retaining top talent, while strategically leveraging expertise across the club’s various beauty, wellness, and leisure facilities. She will actively engage the teams in sustainable development programmes aimed at improving skills and aligning workforce capabilities with the strategic objectives of Sharjah Ladies Club and the aspirations of Sharjah Hospitality Group.

In addition, Al Suwaidi will advance organisational integration with Sharjah Hospitality Group by representing Sharjah Ladies Club to government and private stakeholders and strategic partners, building effective and sustainable partnerships that support the Club’s mission and objectives, and aligning the Club’s plans and initiatives with the group’s strategic direction, thereby reinforcing a cohesive and unified corporate ecosystem.

Sheikha Al Suwaidi brings over 12 years of professional experience at Sharjah Ladies Club, during which she has developed extensive expertise across operations, strategic planning, and excellence. She began her career at the Collage Center in 2014, before progressing through several administrative and leadership roles that strengthened her support for the club’s development journey.

Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles, including Director of the Collage Center, Head of Strategic Planning and Internal Audit, and Deputy General Manager in 2025. This professional journey reflects her strong leadership capabilities and an extensive track record of leading strategic initiatives, driving sustainable development, and enhancing the organisation’s performance. She has played a vital role in supporting digital transformation projects, developing governance and quality systems, and contributing to the achievement of international certifications and accreditations for Sharjah Ladies Club, as well as implementing development projects that have supported sustainable growth and service excellence.

Sheikha Al Suwaidi holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a PhD in the same field, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and her contribution to fostering a culture of excellence and institutional innovation.
