Sharjah 24: Al Hamriyah Municipality organised a celebratory gathering on Monday for its employees to mark their return to work after the Eid Al Adha holiday. The event, which was met with widespread praise from all staff members, took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere, reflecting the strong sense of unity within the municipality's work environment. This aligns with the municipality's commitment to enhancing the quality of work life and fostering happiness and positivity among its employees.

This initiative is part of a series of programmes and activities implemented by the municipality throughout the year to enhance the quality of work life, foster a culture of happiness and positivity, and achieve a balance between the professional and social aspects of employees' lives.

The event, held at Al Hamriyah Municipality headquarters, included welcoming and congratulating employees on the occasion of Eid, as well as extending greetings to those returning from performing Hajj. The municipality also exchanged greetings on this blessed occasion, reflecting its commitment to sharing in the religious and social celebrations of its employees and strengthening human bonds among them.

His Excellency Mubarak Rashid Al Shamsi, Director of Al Hamriyah Municipality, emphasised that the municipality places great importance on its human resources, considering them the cornerstone of institutional success and excellence. He noted that such initiatives contribute to strengthening employee loyalty and establishing a positive and motivating work environment.
