Al Hamriyah Municipality celebrates Flag Day

Sharjah 24: On November 3, Al Hamriyah area hosted a significant national event, "Flag Day," in front of the Al Hamriyah Municipality building. This celebration was held in accordance with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai. Various entities and institutions actively participated in this important national observance, underscoring their commitment to the occasion.

Mubarak Rashid Al Shamsi, the Director of Al Hamriyah Municipality, along with several local leaders and officials, participated in a flag-raising event in Al Hamriyah. Attendees included Saeed Obaid Bu Fayir Al Shamsi, the Director of the Amiri Diwan in Al Hamriyah; Saif Obaid Bu Fayir Al Shamsi, the Chairman of the Al Hamriyah Area Council; Hamid Ali bin Khalaf Al Ali, the Vice Chairman of the Council; and other community members.

During the event, Al Shamsi emphasized the importance of coming together for national celebrations. He expressed that this occasion serves as a reminder of the love and loyalty residents have for their country and its leadership. The act of raising the flag unites everyone and showcases their pride in the UAE.
