Sharjah Police holds session to enhance the quality of services

Sharjah 24: In line with its dedication to building strong community relationships and improving communication with the public, the Traffic and Licensing Services Centre at Sharjah Police held a special session. This session was aimed at gathering feedback and ideas to better serve the community.

The session was attended by Brigadier Dr Jassim bin Hadda Al Suwaidi, Deputy Director General of Operations and Security Support; Brigadier Khalid Al Kay, Director of the Traffic and Patrols Directorate and Director of the Traffic Services and Licensing Centre; Colonel Omar Bu Ghanem, Deputy Director of the Traffic and Patrols Directorate; and Colonel Mohammed Al Mehrizi, Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department, along with several officers and customers.

Brigadier Dr. Al Suwaidi shared that the recent session was organized to gather feedback from customers about the services offered by Sharjah Police. The goal was to listen to their suggestions and ideas to improve these services and better meet the changing needs of the community. He emphasized that Sharjah Police places great importance on customer service and is always looking for new and innovative ways to enhance the experience for the public and ensure their satisfaction.

The meeting saw a lot of positive engagement from attendees, who offered helpful suggestions and appreciated how Sharjah Police involves them in improving services. This approach not only strengthens the relationship between the police and the community but also plays a key role in enhancing the quality of services provided.
