Huda Al Yasi, Director of the Financial Systems Department at SFD, stated that the Amanat System embodies the vision of the Sharjah Government to strengthen financial innovation by offering integrated technological solutions that ensure precision, speed, and the protection of public assets.
She added, “We designed the Amanat System to mark a significant leap in improving government performance while providing users with a simple, safe, and seamless experience. The new system simplifies procedures through secure, multi-channel payment options, allowing deposits to be paid around the clock without time restrictions or human intervention. It also enables government entities to create deposit requests, send secure payment links, and manage the entire collection and transfer process efficiently.”
Al Yasi explained that the system provides added value at the emirate-wide level by ensuring integration with Sharjah’s central government financial system “Takamol.” It also allows for real-time account updates and instant revenue recording, which enhances financial monitoring and transparency across departments.
The Amanat System has already been successfully piloted in collaboration with several government entities, demonstrating high efficiency in financial collection and smooth procedural workflows. This success supports Sharjah’s ongoing efforts to establish robust principles of sound financial governance.
The Sharjah Finance Department continues to adopt global best practices in financial management and digital transformation, solidifying Sharjah’s position as a leading model of flexible, transparent, and sustainable public finance administration.
