Sharjah 24: Sharjah Police honoured a number of community and government partners in recognition of their outstanding efforts in supporting field security work and their effective contributions in reporting negative behaviours in residential neighbourhoods. This initiative reinforces the values of social responsibility and partnership between the police and the community.

Recognition of citizens, residents, and key institutions

The honouring included citizens, residents, and employees from various entities, such as Sharjah Municipality, the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq), the Child Centre, and the Family Development Centres. The ceremony was attended by Brigadier Ahmed Mohammed Al Marri, Director of the Community Protection and Prevention Department, along with several officers and officials.

Promoting the principle of shared responsibility

Sharjah Police emphasised that this recognition is part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening community partnerships and consolidating the concept of "Security is a shared responsibility." The involvement of community members in reporting issues plays a key role in enhancing security and stability.

Encouraging continued cooperation

The police leadership expressed deep appreciation for the collaborative efforts and encouraged the continuation of this positive approach to cooperation and integration between the police and all segments and institutions of the community.
