Supporting Sharjah’s executive council strategy

This initiative falls under a broader administrative development program that includes training workshops for branch managers and employees across various government entities. Its outcomes are designed to enable branches to provide services directly in every city, enhance the capacity for immediate response to customer needs, improve performance quality, and meet the requirements of residents in cities and regions, thereby raising the level of satisfaction among both citizens and residents.
