Al Hamed highlighted that developing a green economy starts with reliable data, clear goals, and empowering young entrepreneurs. “To build a sustainable agricultural system, we need precise market data, targeted objectives, and legislation that supports innovation while simplifying the process for startups,” he explained. “When these pillars are followed consistently, agricultural efficiency improves, technology adoption increases, and more young people are drawn to the sector.”
He also stressed the importance of structured support: training, mentorship, and initial funding for youth-led projects, alongside updating policies to align with green economy principles and encourage responsible investment.
