Sharjah 24: His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Sharjah Media Council, met on Thursday with a number of diplomats participating in the sessions of the 14th International Government Communication Forum (IGCF), organised by the Sharjah Government Media Bureau (SGMB) at Expo Centre Sharjah.

During the meeting, which was attended by Sheikh Fahim bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Department of Government Relations, His Highness the Deputy Ruler of Sharjah welcomed the diplomats, praising their efforts and presence at this event, which constitutes a leading platform for exchanging expertise and knowledge.

His Highness emphasised the importance of diplomatic presence in enriching discussions and conveying diverse experiences to the public and participants from around the world.

Sharjah, a leader in government communication

His Highness expressed his appreciation for the diplomats' contributions to supporting IGCF journey, which, over its successive editions, has become a prominent media and knowledge event regionally and globally, reflecting Sharjah's leadership in the field of government communication and enhancing its role as a center for dialogue and exchange of views.
