Kalba Parents Council addresses AI impact on kids’ academic path

Sharjah 24; The Kalba Parents Council, part of the Sharjah Districts Affairs department, recently partnered with the University of Kalba to organize an awareness workshop on the impact of artificial intelligence on children’s academic future.

Held at the council’s headquarters, Dr Aqaba Kazar, a faculty member from the UOK, gave the workshop explaining how AI tools can enhance students’ learning through proper ways of usage.

The workshop addressed several challenges people will face when dealing with AI if missing proper knowledge. Dr Kazar gave pieces of advice meant to parents on how to guide their children when using AI tools.

The participants hailed the discussed ideas during the workshop, stressing that it is important to keep up with technological advancements and use them wisely.

Concluding the event, the Kalba Parents Council thanked the university for its cooperation and support.
