Sharjah drawn into Group A for Handball Club World Cup

Tournament to be held in Cairo

The tournament draw, conducted today in Cairo, revealed matchups for the event scheduled to take place from September 26 to October 2, 2025, at the New Administrative Capital Hall. A total of nine teams will compete for the prestigious international club title.

Group line-ups revealed

Group A: Sharjah (UAE), SC Magdeburg (Germany), California Eagles (USA)

Group B: Al Ahly (Egypt), Veszprém (Hungary), University of Sydney (Australia)

Group C: Zamalek (Egypt), FC Barcelona (Spain), Taubaté (Brazil)
