NAMA promotes equal opportunities in workplace environments

Sharjah24: Noura Mohammed Al Mulla, Head of Programs at NAMA Women Advancement, announced the launch of a workshop titled “Towards Inclusive Workplaces: From Awareness to Action.” This event is part of Namaa’s ongoing efforts to advance equal opportunities across work environments and is held within the framework of the organisation’s " Irtiqa" initiative.

Promoting Inclusion

Al Mulla noted that the workshop, taking place at the House of Wisdom, is one in a series designed to raise awareness and support the practical implementation of inclusive practices in the workplace through the "Irtiqa" platform.

Building Partnerships

She also highlighted that "Irtiqa" is a strategic initiative aimed at helping institutions implement inclusive policies and practices. It focuses on forming meaningful partnerships with both public and private sector entities to create supportive and equitable environments for women in the workforce.
