Sharjah24: Al Hamriyah swimming team achieved remarkable success by winning two cups and 27 colorful medals at the UAE Cup Championship, held at Mohammed bin Zayed Sports City in Abu Dhabi on April 26 and 27, 2025.
The team’s impressive tally included 4 gold medals, 7 silver medals, and 16 bronze medals.
Outstanding performers
The two cups were awarded to swimmer Hamad Al Shuhhi, who was recognized as the best swimmer after winning four medals (one gold and three silver) and securing the third-place cup based on total points in the 15-16 age category.
Acknowledgments
Team coach Ahmed Jamal Aldin praised the efforts of the nine swimmers who participated in the competition and their achievements, expressing gratitude to the club's board for providing the necessary conditions for success.
