Sharjah24: Bologna has qualified for the final of the Coppa Italia after renewing their victory over hosts Empoli with a score of 2-1 in the second leg.
Bologna reached the final match of the Coppa Italia by defeating Empoli 2-1 away, having won the first leg 3-0. Bologna took the lead through Giovanni Fabian (7'), and Croatian Viktor Kovalenko equalized for Empoli (33'). The Dutch player Teun Koopmeiners then scored the winning goal for Bologna with a header (86').
The final will take place at the Olympic Stadium in Rome on May 14. Bologna, who has won the league title seven times, last in 1964, will face Milan, who eliminated their city rivals Inter with an overall score of 4-1 (after a 1-1 draw in the first leg and a 3-0 win in the second leg).
