Mohammed Shuaib Al Hammadi took on the role of financial and executive director, with Dr. Jamal Yousef Al Zarouni as the secretary. The board also selected leaders for the cultural and media committees, including Wafa Nasser Hareb Al Shamsi, Iman Mustafa Mohammed, and Hanan Mahmoud Moussa, to help promote the organization's cultural initiatives.
