Sharjah Police wraps up 12th Ramadan contest Bright Minds 2025

Sharjah24: The General Command of Sharjah Police, through its Eastern Region Police Department, has successfully concluded the 12th edition of the Ramadan cultural competition, "Bright Minds 2025." The competition featured eight teams representing various branches and centres under the Eastern Region Police Department. The closing ceremony was attended by Colonel Dr. Ali Al Kai Al Hamoudi, Director of the Eastern Region Police Department at Sharjah Police, his deputy Colonel Rashid Saif Al Zaabi, along with senior officers, employees, and competing teams.

Encouraging a culture of learning

Dr Al Hamoudi underscored the importance of cultural competitions in enhancing employees' awareness and intellectual capabilities. He stressed that investing in knowledge is key to advancing institutional performance and urged participants to take advantage of such initiatives to refine their research and reading skills.

Honouring the winners

At the closing ceremony, the Director of the Eastern Region Police Department crowned the department’s (A) team as champions and awarded Khorfakkan Comprehensive Police Station (B) for securing second place.
