Fatima Al Matrooshi: TBHF hosts meeting to support Gaza orphans

Sharjah 24: Fatima Al Matrooshi, media coordinator and spokesperson for The Big Heart Foundation (TBHF), confirmed that a special Ramadan meeting was held Monday to support orphaned children in Gaza. This initiative was carried out in partnership with the Palestinian Taawon (Welfare Association) as part of the “For Olive Kids" campaign.

Campaign goals and support for orphaned children

Fatima Al Matrooshi explained that the "For Children of Olives" campaign aims to provide comprehensive care for orphaned children in Gaza. She added to “Sharjah 24” that the initiative focuses on securing their rights to education, physical and psychological health, proper nutrition, and shelter until the age of 18. This effort relies on the strategic partnership with the Palestinian Taawon to directly deliver aid to those in need.

Ways to contribute to the campaign

Al Matrooshi went on to highlight that donors and contributors can support the campaign through various donation packages ranging from AED 625 to AED 75,000. She emphasised that every donation, no matter the amount, can significantly impact the lives of orphaned children in Gaza.
