Sharjah24: Sharjah Economic Development Department “SEDD” wins two awards of 2025 MENA Stevie Awards during the awards ceremony which was held at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. The Stevie Awards is considered one of the most prestigious awards globally in the field of appreciating and honoring the achievements in the business sector of government agencies, institutions and companies worldwide. It is also one of the most prominent international awards that celebrate institutional excellence and innovation in various sectors.
This success comes as a confirmation of the efforts made by SEDD to consolidate its position as one of the world’s leading entities, by implementing the best institutional practices and employing an innovative vision that reflects future aspirations. It also reflects the efforts of the employees to adopt modern and global practices in completing work and providing services efficiently and effectively.
In detail, SEDD won two different Stevie Awards, which included the “Silver” Stevie Award for the Innovative Use of Technology in Human Resources, and the “Bronze” Stevie Award for Innovation in Human Resources Management, Planning & Practice.
Commenting on this unique achievement, Hamad Ali Abdulla Al Mahmoud, SEDD, said that this success is a reflection of the strategic vision that enhances the path of leadership and excellence and highlights the Department’s interest in adopting the highest standards and means of institutional development.
