Among the featured services is the Instant Licence, which enables the rapid and efficient issuance of commercial licences, as well as the AI-powered Trade Name Issuance Service, which helps customers select innovative trade names with ease.

The platform also introduces several other services offered by the Department, including the Aoun Service, the Business Reconciliation Project, and the Fees Calculator Service, which enables customers to instantly and transparently calculate service fees. These services are designed to enhance the customer experience and increase customer satisfaction.

Ruwad's support for Emirati entrepreneurs

Through the platform, the Sharjah Foundation to Support Pioneering Entrepreneurs (Ruwad) is also presenting its services, programmes and initiatives aimed at supporting Emirati entrepreneurs. The foundation provides consultations and guidance to help entrepreneurs establish and develop their businesses, contributing to the promotion of an entrepreneurial culture and fostering innovation across the emirate.
