His Excellency Engineer Yousef Khamis Al-Othmani, Chairman of the Roads and Transport Authority in Sharjah, announced the details of a new infrastructure initiative. The project features the development of a single-lane road designed for traffic in both directions, extending over a length of 2 kilometers and measuring 7.3 meters in width. A new road has been established, linking the Khorfakkan Road with the Sharjah Falconers Club.

Al Othmani highlighted that this initiative is in line with the authority’s strategic vision aimed at creating a modern and sustainable infrastructure that fosters comprehensive development in Sharjah. The project aims to enhance accessibility for visitors to the region while bolstering local tourism and sports initiatives, including falconry, thereby reinforcing Sharjah’s status as an ideal location for cultural heritage events.
