Sharjah successfully wraps up 10th International Scout Gathering

At the end of the event, Major General Abdullah Saeed Al Suwaidi, who supervised the gathering, thanked all the participating groups for their involvement. He praised the hard work of the organizing committees that helped make this event possible. This gathering took place under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Members and Ruler of Sharjah. Major General Al Suwaidi noted that the spirit of collaboration and positivity among participants would leave a lasting impression.

The closing ceremony featured several notable figures in the scouting community, including Khalil Rahma, the Secretary General of the Emirates Scouts Association, along with other important representatives from various scout organizations.

As the gathering ended, participants received certificates of participation as a token of appreciation for their efforts. They also enjoyed a variety of fun, cultural, and sports activities, along with sightseeing trips to experience Sharjah’s urban development. Everyone left with wonderful memories and new friendships, having met young people from around the world to share experiences and learn from one another.
