Rasha Al Ali: 30 graduates from Kalba Job Seekers Programme

Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Department of Human Resources celebrated the graduation of 30 members from the Job Seekers Rehabilitation and Training Program in Kalba. This event took place at the department's branch in Kalba and was attended by Majid Al Marri, Director of the department, along with other officials.

Overview of the Programme

Rasha Al Ali, Head of the Rehabilitation and Field Training Department, highlighted that the programme was organised over six months under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah. In total, 155 participants from various cities and regions of the emirate benefited from the programme, aimed at improving their skills and aligning them with labour market demands.

Focus on skill development

The Kalba branch saw 30 male and female participants graduate, with the programme designed to enhance their capabilities and experiences. This initiative is part of the department's ongoing strategy to develop national talent and prepare them for successful careers.
