SDAD, Judicial Council enhance cooperation to serve community

Sharjah 24: In line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, aimed at enhancing family and societal stability, the Sharjah Districts Affairs Department (SDAD) held a coordination meeting with the Sharjah Judicial Council, with the aim of strengthening the bonds of joint cooperation between the two sides in addressing family and social issues.

In line with the Sharjah government’s vision of providing a balanced social environment

The meeting, which was held at the department’s headquarters, comes within the framework of efforts to establish a stable social environment and enhance integration between the sides concerned with family issues, which is in line with the Sharjah government’s vision of providing a balanced social environment.

The meeting was attended by Sheikh Majid bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Districts Affairs Department, Dr. Mohammed Obaid Al Kaabi, Chairman of the Judicial Department, Sheikh Faisal bin Ali Al Mualla, Secretary-General of the Judicial Council, Dr. Abdullah Suleiman Al Kabouri, Director of the Sharjah Districts Affairs Department, Counselor Anwar Amin Al Harmoudi, Attorney General, Dr. Salama Rashid Al Ketbi, Head of the Judicial Inspection Department, along with Judge Saeed Abdullah Al Kalbani, Head of the Family Court, in addition to a number of officials from both sides, which reflects the great importance that the concerned authorities attach to enhancing joint work in serving the community.

Common issues

The common issues between the two sides were discussed, and ways to deal with them through legal and social mechanisms were discussed, achieving a balance between applying the law and considering human conditions, in a way that contributes to reducing the negative effects of these issues on families and society.
