The exhibition, organised by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry in collaboration with the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, will take place at Expo Centre Sharjah from January 22–25.
After the ribbon-cutting ceremony, Sheikh Salem explored the exhibition, stopping by the booths of government entities, private institutions, and developers. He attended detailed presentations on the newest real estate projects and innovations presented by exhibitors from the UAE and other countries.
Sheikh Salem examined the newest developments in real estate, encompassing commercial, residential, and industrial projects, as well as the various services offered by government entities. He met with important participants, including the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, Sharjah Digital Department, Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq), Sharjah Investors Services Centre, and Sharjah International Commercial Arbitration Centre (Tahkeem). The exhibition showcases new housing projects, innovative commercial and industrial developments, and premium investment land.
This year's edition features more than 110 exhibitors, marking a 17% increase from last year, showcasing prominent real estate companies from the UAE, the region, and beyond. Developers from Egypt, featured at the "Aqar Masr" pavilion, are presenting a range of investment opportunities in multiple locations throughout the country.
The event includes a comprehensive lineup of workshops, training sessions, and specialised lectures in both Arabic and English, focusing on essential real estate topics such as investment strategies, market trends, laws and regulations, and sustainable urban development. Expert consultants and specialists lead these sessions.
In accordance with the directives of the Sharjah Executive Council, attendees of the exhibition can take advantage of reduced fees for real estate transactions carried out at the event. This includes a fee of 0.5% for developers, 1% for UAE and GCC nationals, and 2% for other nationalities. This initiative seeks to enhance Sharjah’s flourishing real estate sector.
