The wife of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah, Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, added to this journey by establishing the Rubu’ Qarn for Creating Future Leaders and Innovators - the first Arab and regional foundation working hand in hand with society to build aware and influential generations, through programmes and activities in various fields, enriching the knowledge, experience and skills of people over a journey spanning 25 years of their lives, hence the name of the foundation Rubu’s Qarn (Quarter Century).
