Osool for Transport Solutions welcomes delegation from Rwanda

The visit sought to explore the operational practices of the companies, utilising them to aid in Rwanda's governmental modernisation initiatives while promoting the sharing of ideas and best practices. 

The delegation was welcomed by Sultan Al-Ketbi, Chief Executive Officer of Osool Transport Solutions; Abdulrahman Bin Kanoon Al Shamsi, Director of the Accidents and Roadside Assistance Services Department; Moustafa Shalabi, Acting Director of Operations at Osool Transport Solutions; and Adel Al Ali, Acting Manager of Sharjah Taxi.

Sultan Al Ketbi welcomed the Rwandan delegation during the visit, highlighting the significance of hosting official delegations to foster international cooperation and share expertise.

He emphasised the crucial role of Rafid Automotive Solutions and Sharjah Taxi in advancing Sharjah's vision of providing innovative, sustainable services that enhance the efficiency of the transport sector.  He emphasised the importance of showcasing the best practices used in Sharjah to international partners, thereby strengthening its status as a premier investment hub. 

Sharjah Taxi presented its fleet services to the delegation, showcasing the latest innovations in sustainable transport solutions that aim to reduce carbon emissions and boost the use of renewable energy. The aim of these initiatives is to improve service quality and elevate customer satisfaction. 

The visit encompassed a comprehensive overview of Rafid’s Contact and Control Centre operations, detailing accident management procedures, routine maintenance, and vehicle inspection services. 

The delegation visited Rafid's "Motor Check" facility, which caters to both light and heavy vehicles, as well as the Auto Express maintenance centre. They also explored a range of comprehensive automotive services, including tyre inspection, air conditioning repairs, and routine maintenance. A team of certified and skilled automotive professionals provides all services.

The Rwandan delegation conveyed their appreciation for the outstanding services offered by Sharjah Taxi and Rafid Automotive Solutions. The delegation commended the operational efficiency and service quality, acknowledging them as outstanding examples for creating innovative and sustainable transport solutions that address customer needs and foster institutional excellence.

Sharjah Taxi and Rafid Automotive Solutions operate as subsidiaries under Sharjah Asset Management, which serves as the investment arm of the Sharjah Government.
