Sharjah24: Abdullah Ibrahim Al Zaabi, Director of the Human Resources Directorate and Member of the Sharjah Executive Council, presided over the regular meeting of the Organisational Structures Committee.
Ali bin Shaheen Al Suwaidi, chairman of Sharjah Public Works Directorate (PWD), was present as they examined the organisational structure of the directorate.
The main topics of discussion were the general duties of the department and the allocation of duties among its divisions and departments to guarantee operational effectiveness and better service delivery.
The committee also scrutinised the suggested organisational structure of the Sharjah Museums Authority (SMA), scrutinising the distribution of duties and tasks to enhance the authority's performance as a government agency.
Al Zaabi emphasised how crucial it is to help government organisations accomplish their goals in line with the leader's vision.
He highlighted the committee's role in establishing the fundamentals of organisational structures that allow government agencies to carry out their duties efficiently.
He added that the committee evaluates all structural development proposals to ensure entities operate as efficiently as possible.
