Sharjah24: The Recommendations Preparation Committee of the Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC) held its first meeting on Friday at the council's headquarters, discussing the general frameworks for its work during the second parliamentary session of the eleventh legislative term. The committee also outlined its future plans for effective preparation of recommendations following discussions on the policies of government departments and agencies in the emirate.
The committee deliberated on joint working mechanisms with other committees and how to collaborate effectively to ensure the preparation of accurate and comprehensive recommendations that directly address the needs of the community.

The committee emphasized its important role in closely working with other committees to ensure the formulation of precise recommendations focused on empowering and developing the work of government departments. This, in turn, contributes to enhancing their capacity to fulfill their responsibilities in line with the aspirations of the community in Sharjah.

It was also confirmed that the council's public sessions will include a thorough evaluation of the overall policies and procedures followed by government entities, which will contribute to shaping more effective policies in the future.

The meeting was chaired by Jasem Mohammed Al Hinawee Al Naqbi, the committee's chairman, who reviewed the main objectives of the meeting, stressing the need for these recommendations to enhance the performance of government institutions and improve their services.

Attendees included committee members Dr. Sultan Khamees Al Zaabi, the committee rapporteur; Ibrahim Mohammed Al Mansouri; Eisa Abdullah Al Kalbani; Sultan Ali Al Musafri; Obaid Ahmed Khasaw Al Naqbi; and Mohammed Ali Bin Salim Al Ketbi, along with Saif Bin Suwaif Al Ketbi, the secretary, who provided important organizational support during the meeting.

The committee carefully examined the mechanisms for preparing recommendations, agreeing to identify the main themes for gathering ideas and analyzing the presented policies, in preparation for presenting the recommendations to SCC in public sessions.

The committee viewed these recommendations as not merely procedural steps but as an essential part of improving government performance and engaging with community issues to ensure the needs of citizens are met and to promote sustainable development in the emirate.

In conclusion, Jasem Mohammed Al Hinawee Al Naqbi emphasized the importance of the committee's role, describing it as the backbone of the council, given its continuous follow-up on all topics raised by members.

Al Hinawee Al Naqbi assured that the committee would be diligent in effectively distributing tasks to ensure full coordination among members, aiming to provide integrated recommendations that contribute to advancing progress in the emirate and achieving the visionary goals of the wise leadership.
