Sharjah24: The Sharjah Sports Council's Under-10 Football League kicked off with an impressive start at the stadiums of Al Bataeh and Dibba Al Hisn clubs. The Council has launched a league that includes five participating clubs: Al Bataeh, Dibba Al Hisn, Al Dhaid, Al Madam, and Al Hamriyah.

This initiative reflects the council's commitment to fostering young talent while offering clubs the chance to involve their youth teams. Close to 100 players are participating in the league, set to continue until December.

Al Bataeh showcased their strength at home with an impressive 7-1 win against Al Dhaid, while Dibba Al Hisn celebrated a solid 4-1 victory over Al Hamriyah. Ibrahim Saif bin Ghafan, Head of the Professionalism Department in the Sports Affairs and Development Department at the Council, was present at the league's opening.

The upcoming second round of matches is scheduled for Friday, November 1. Al Madam will compete against Dibba Al Hisn, and Al Hamriyah will go head-to-head with Al Bataeh. Meanwhile, Al Dhaid will be taking a break during this round.
