The formation of the Board was based on the decision issued by His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah.
The meeting began with a speech by His Excellency Abdullah Saleh Al Naqbi, and Board members expressed their highest gratitude and appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, for his precious trust, blessings and unlimited support for sports and athletes.
The Board also extended thanks and gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler, for his continuous support and follow-up, which contributed to the development of sports in the smiling emirate. The Board appreciated the follow-up and support of His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah for sports in the emirate, and the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Chairperson of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs, for sports activities in the emirate.
The Chairman of the Board also praised the role of SSC and the efforts and continuous follow-up of His Excellency Issa Hilal Al Hazami, Chairman of the Council.
The Board extended thanks to the previous club administration headed by His Excellency Dr. Abdul Razzaq Ahmed Bani Rashid and the former board members, for their sincere efforts made over the past years.
The meeting discussed the distribution of administrative portfolios, and reviewed the strategic directions to advance all activities in the club during the coming period.
Loai Saeed Allay assumed the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors; Ali Ahmed Mohammed bin Aboud Al Naqbi assumed the position of Secretary General; Khalil Mohammed Juma Al Mansouri, Financial Director - Assistant Secretary; Suleiman Rashid Suleiman Al Naqbi, Chairman of the Support Services Committee; Abdul Aziz Ahmed Mohammed Al Hammadi, Chairman of the Technical Affairs and Talent Care Committee; Abdullah Saeed Mohammed Al Harithi Al Naqbi, Chairman of the Government Communication Committee; Abdullah Mohammed Ibrahim Subaian Al Tunaiji, Chairman of the Community Culture Committee; and Lamia Ahmed Hamdan Al Zaabi, Chairwoman of the Strategic Planning and Institutional Excellence Committee.
After the distribution of administrative portfolios, Abdullah Saleh Al Naqbi congratulated the Board members on their duties, and called on everyone to exert their utmost efforts to serve the club members with disabilities, and strive to achieve the club's goals, in implementation of the visions and directives of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah.
