Swimmer Ali Suhail Al Ketbi was awarded the Best Swimmer trophy in the 10-year age category after his outstanding performance in all events, winning 4 gold medals.
Al Dhaid team finished in second place in the championship, which saw participation from 196 swimmers representing six clubs: Al Hamriyah, Mleiha, Dibba Al Hosn, Al Batayeh, and Sharjah Sports.
The championship was held under the patronage of the Sharjah Sports Council and aims to discover promising local talents among young swimmers aged 5 to 14 years and support the outstanding ones.
For his part, His Excellency Salem Mohammed bin Huwaiden, Chairman of the Al Dhaid Club Board, expressed his gratitude to the Sharjah Sports Council for organizing these championships and praised the Al Dhaid team for this wonderful achievement, emphasizing the importance of such events in promoting the development of swimming in the emirate.
