Sharjah 24: Dibba Al Hisn Football Club organised a motivational lecture for young players in the presence of a group of emerging and promising football talents.
The lecture, held on Wednesday, at the club’s headquarters, aimed to encourage players to put in the effort and work hard to achieve their sporting dreams.
The lecture was attended by Ahmed Omar Al Naqbi, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dibba Al Hisn Football Club and Chairman of the Football Sector Development Committee; and Mr. Thani Abdullah Al Bawab, Administrative Supervisor of Youth System.
During the lecture, the success stories of international players such as Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi were highlighted, whereas they started their careers as young players and were able to overcome challenges thanks to discipline and commitment to continuous training.
The importance of teamwork and sportsmanship in achieving success was also emphasised, as the lecturer stressed that “football is not just an individual game, but rather a game that depends on cooperation and respect among team members.”
