Sharjah24: The Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Council, Issa Hilal Al Hazami, held a meeting at the Council's headquarters with Abdullah Ibrahim Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Sharjah Department of Human Resources, and his accompanying delegation. The meeting focused on identifying collaborative opportunities between the two entities and establishing a framework for the training and development of local personnel to ensure their suitability for specific roles. Additionally, the delegation received an overview of the Council's and departments' plans and programs, including the various units operating within them.
Al Zaabi praised the action, which shows that both parties are committed to making long-lasting contributions to sustainable development in line with the goals and guidance of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah. This is aimed at providing more support for the people of Sharjah and helping the emirate grow and improve.
Al Zaabi was pleased with the friendly welcome and appreciated the Council's support in preparing people to contribute to society's development and achieving its goals, especially in sports. He mentioned that working together will lead to future joint projects.
During the meeting, Al Hazami emphasized the Council’s commitment to carrying out the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, aimed at enhancing the welfare of the emirate’s residents. He expressed openness to collaboration with the SDHR to oversee the implementation of the Sharjah Programme for Training and Qualifying Job Seekers in the Emirate’s sports institutions, which encompasses numerous sports and specialized clubs.
