Al Zaabi outlined the purpose of the meeting, which was to provide an orientation for new students, regarding the academic curriculum, university courses, as well as the infrastructure and amenities available at the academy. This includes the various workshops, laboratories, and other facilities essential for their educational pursuits.
After evaluating approximately 600 applications for admission to the academy for the upcoming year, 90 students have been admitted to the academy's colleges. These students have met the academic admission criteria and standards.
He outlined plans to admit Emirati students who have been awarded scholarships by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, into the academy's colleges.
