Dr. Eng. Khalifa Al Tunaiji, stated that Mleiha dairy products were launched in Sharjah Coop, Al Suyoh branch, where there was a great demand from customers until the quantity ran out.
Al Tunaiji confirmed that Sharjah Agricultural and Livestock Production Corporation "EKTFA" is working on regularly supply Sharjah coops and outlets, adding that quantities are increasing gradually with the increase in the number of cows and the amount of milk at Mleiha Dairy Farm.
He stated that "Iktifaa"started with the main product, which is fresh milk, and that there are other products that will be available in the coming days, primarily small-sized fresh milk for school children, and then yogurt and dairy products will be produced.
Regarding the production of low-fat and skimed milk, Al Tunaiji explained that such products will be available despite that fact that the main slogan states that milk is consumed without adding or removing any of its components if desired by the public.
