Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park (SRTI Park) signed a memorandum of understanding with the Ajman Police General Command, as part of their efforts to achieve the highest levels of institutional excellence, in cooperation with partners, and to develop the skills and expertise of community members.
The agreement was concluded by His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, and His Excellency Hussein Mohammed Al Mahmoudi, CEO of the SRTI Park, in the presence of His Excellency Brigadier General Abdullah Saif Al Matroushi, Director General of Police Operations and a number of officers in the command and the administrative body of the SRTI Park.
His Excellency the Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police explained that the signing of the agreement came as part of Ajman Police’s endeavor to exchange experiences and knowledge in the fields of training, creativity, innovation and artificial intelligence, in a way that supports police excellence and leadership and enhances the quality of police work.
For his part, the CEO of the SRTI Park stressed that the agreement aims to transfer and localise technology and promote a knowledge-based future in the country.
The agreement stipulates cooperation between the two parties in exchanging knowledge, expertise and institutional experiences at all joint levels, in addition to cooperation in the fields of innovation, creativity and artificial intelligence, as well as supporting scientific activities and field training with the aim of providing employees with the necessary skills and knowledge that enhance the institutional performance of both parties.
