Rahmaniya Council Honours Top Graduates with Shield of Excellence

Sharjah24 : The Rahmaniya Suburb Council, part of the Districts Affairs Department, recognised high school graduates for the 2023-2024 academic year. The council congratulated them on their academic achievements and encouraged them to continue their education and pursue university degrees.
The ceremony was held last night at the suburb's headquarters in Sharjah as part of the council's "Shield of Excellence" initiative. This initiative aligns with the council's objectives within the strategy of the Districts Affairs Department, which aims to foster communication with top-performing students and provide them with the necessary support to reach their academic goals in line with societal visions.

During the event, 30 students were honoured for their outstanding academic performance. In his speech, Atef Ahmed Karani, Vice Chairman of the Rahmaniya Suburb Council, stressed the importance of education and academic excellence in building society. He explained that the initiative reaffirms the council's commitment to supporting outstanding students and encouraging them to continue achieving success in their academic endeavours, in line with the wise leadership's directives. He highlighted the significance of investing in the education of young men and women, enabling them to fulfill their future responsibilities and aspirations, as well as those of the nation. He also commended the efforts of the honored students and their parents.

Graduate Nada Suleiman Al Mazmi delivered a speech on behalf of the honorees, expressing gratitude for the council's efforts in organising the initiative, which bolsters their determination to continue their academic journey.

Ahmed Abdullah Al Matrooshi, Chairman of the Rahmaniya Suburb Council, distributed gifts to the students participating in the "Shield of Excellence" initiative. This initiative is part of the council's community efforts to encourage suburb residents to strive for excellence and distinction, motivating them to put in more effort in their studies.

Additionally, the Shield of Excellence for 2024 was awarded to four students: Hamdan Khaled Al Shamsi from the government curriculum, Saif Ahmed Al Belghouni from the private curriculum, Nada Suleiman Al Mazmi from the government curriculum, and Bena Mohammed Salem Al Ali from the private curriculum.

The honoured students expressed their happiness with the recognition, affirming their determination to continue excelling in their university studies.
