Sharjah24: Al Rahmaniya Council hosted an open recruiting day on behalf of the Sharjah Department of Human Resources (SDHR) and ALEC Engineering and Contracting. Ten interviews were held for available positions under the government initiative Nafis.
About 46 men and women seeking employment in the fields of engineering, renewable energy, and marketing joined the event. The openings are in the firm's branches in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.
SDHR's set strategies are intended to maximise the number of qualified applicants who are matched with available positions. This facilitates in-depth discussions about possible career trajectories, the identification of open positions, and the investigation of important chances in the employment market.
