Sharjah24: Salem Mohammed bin Hweidan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Dhaid Sports Club, expressed his great pride in the achievements of the club members in athletics competitions during the Sharjah Sports Summer events.
Bin Hweidan emphasized the importance of active participation in these sports activities, which contribute to character building and promoting sportsmanship among community members. These activities are held under the umbrella of the Sharjah Sports Council under the Sharjah Government.
Bin Hweidan added that the club attaches great importance to diverse summer activities, always seeking to provide support and encouragement to youth and young people to fully benefit from their summer vacation. They aim to maximize the benefits of training programs and organized sports competitions.
This comes as they participated in the athletics competitions held at Al Madam Club as part of the "Our Vacation is Different" framework. The members of Al Dhaid Club achieved notable accomplishments, securing first place in the 200-meter race, first place in the 400-meter race, and first place in the 100-meter relay race. These achievements reflect the level of good preparation and readiness displayed by the team under the supervision of coach Salam Omar Balbisi and with the assistance of cultural facilitator Abu Bakr Saleh.
This accomplishment is part of the club's efforts to enhance belonging and sportsmanship among its members, encouraging them to exert more effort and dedication in their sports journey.
