Sharjah24: The activities of the Sharjah Sports Summer kicked off in its second week at the Dibba Al Hisn Sports Club with the launch of two educational workshops under the title "Sports Ethics".
The inauguration, which took place on Friday evening at the club's headquarters, was attended by Mohammed Abdullah Rashed Al Tarabani Al Hamudi, Chairman of Dibba Al Hisn Football Club, and Ahmed Abdullah Al Qasib Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Summer Events Committee, where they presented the workshops in cooperation with the member of the club's Cultural Committee, Mohammed Rashed Rashid.
In the first workshop, the focus was on sports ethics and its importance as an essential part of practicing sports and developing players and the community in general. A list of the expected behaviors in the club was presented, and the workshop also included electronic questions and answers in which the attendees interacted.
As for the second workshop titled "Arts of Sports Games", it was presented by the coach Captain Ahmed Thabit, where he addressed the most important individual games practiced in the club and their main benefits.
After the workshops, the winners of the competitions and the distinguished players were honored. Afterwards, the participants took part in their favorite activities in the sports hall and the swimming pool, enjoying the water games and various popular games, in addition to handball, stationary cycling, and archery.
