Sharjah 24: The Corporate Communication Centre at Sharjah Department of Public Works (SDPW) organised a workshop entitled “Positive Change in Life,” as part of its ongoing efforts to raise awareness and personal development among its employees.
The workshop was held, on Sunday, at SDPW headquarters, and was attended by a large number of employees and specialists in the fields of human and personal development.
The workshop focused on the importance of positive change in life, whether on the personal or professional level, and how to adopt new habits that contribute to improving the quality of life and increasing productivity. The workshop included open discussions, in addition to practical exercises aimed at helping participants develop clear plans to achieve their goals.
In her opening speech, Alia Muhammad from the Customer Happiness Centre and the workshop presenter stressed the importance of these initiatives in promoting the spirit of innovation and positive thinking among employees, noting that developing personal capabilities is an essential part of SDPW strategy to achieve institutional excellence.
The workshop received wide praise from the attendees, who expressed their aspiration for more similar events in the future.
The workshop comes as part of a series of events organised by SDPW with the aim of developing the capabilities of its employees and achieving sustainable development at all levels.
