At the beginning of the meeting, His Highness welcomed Dr. Gareth Stanfield, praising the strong relationship and continuous communication between the University of Exeter and the Emirate of Sharjah, highlighting the fruitful cooperation in various scientific, educational, technological, and cultural fields, which contributes to providing the best opportunities for academic exchange between global academic institutions.
The meeting discussed several topics related to academic education and the utilization of advanced modern technologies for its development. It also emphasized enhancing educational plans and curriculum to positively impact the students' level and the efforts of the faculty members. Additionally, scientific research was highlighted as an advanced development for the institution through utilizing the expertise and efforts of its scientists and academics to contribute to the development of society in various fields.
