The Inspection Department of Al Hamriyah Municipality has started providing Iftar meals to all road users in the area, particularly as the time for Iftar approaches. The municipality has also advised drivers to exercise patience while driving and avoid rushing to catch Iftar time, as this can lead to accidents.
Mubarak Rashid Al Shamsi, Director of Al Hamriyah Municipality, has stated that the teams of the municipality have taken the initiative to distribute Iftar meals to fasting people in densely populated areas with workers, low-income groups, and public road users in the Al Hamriyah area, and at the entrance to Al Hamriyah Free Zone. This is part of its community initiatives during Ramadan, which aim to strengthen community cohesion.
