Sharjah 24: As part of its ongoing efforts to serve the community and promote social solidarity, Sharjah Department of Public Works (SDPW), in cooperation with the Community Police in Dibba Al Hisn, distributed Iftar meals in the areas surrounding the Sheikh Rashid Al Qasimi Mosque.

The initiative comes within the humanitarian and charitable initiatives and dedicates the values of human solidarity to spread the spirit of goodness and love during the holy month. The department’s employees and engineers participated in the initiative with the aim of enhancing synergy to reflect the humanitarian and solidarity spirit in society.

SDPW participation in Ramadan initiatives comes within its social responsibility, which aims to spread the culture of teamwork and volunteerism among employees, build more bridges of communication with society, consolidate the spirit of solidarity and cohesion among its members, enhance the values of commitment to social responsibility and public service, and reflect the authenticity, customs and values of UAE citizens and residents.
