Sharjah24: Ali Abdullah bin Noma Al Ketbi, the head of the organising committee for the Ramadan Championship, has announced that the 29th edition of the Al Dhaid Ramadan Shooting Championship for professionals is being organised by Al Dhaid Cultural and Sports Club under the supervision of the UAE Shooting Association. The main objective of this championship is to choose the team that will represent the country in the first Gulf Youth Championship.
Al Ketbi added that the 29th edition of the Al Dhaid Ramadan Shooting Championship for professionals will feature 50 players from various clubs in the country. The competition will be held in the air rifle and pistol categories.
He emphasised to "Sharjah 24" the importance of the championship in identifying the winning team and revealing the top players who will represent the country in the upcoming Gulf Youth Championship, which will be held in the country from April 16 to May 2.
