APC members leave Sharjah following a 10-day successful programme

Sharjah 24: After the conclusion of the third meeting of the Arab Parliament for the Child (APC) in Sharjah, 64 APC members, from 16 Arab countries, accompanied by supervisors, left for their homelands.
The Arab delegations participated in the third meeting, which lasted ten consecutive days and presented many activities and programmes aiming to enrich the topic of Artificial Intelligence through the Eyes of Arab Children”.

During the departure of the participating Arab delegations, children expressed their thanks and appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, for his generous patronage of Arab childhood and his invitation to APC members to participate in these important activities. 

The activities took place as part of a series of activities aimed at strengthening the role of children in Arab societies and enhancing their abilities and skills in different fields. Activities were planned with the aim of enhancing interaction and cooperation among Arab children and exchanging experiences and knowledge to achieve the goals of establishing APC under the umbrella of the League of Arab States.
 
Among those who bid farewell to the guests of Sharjah from the Arab Parliament for Children were members of the organising committee, employees of APC General Secretariat, employees of Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC), and partners of the Parliament.

Ayman Othman Al Barout, Secretary General of APC, expressed his enthusiasm for the success of the third meeting and stated that he is very pleased to point out the end of the participation of APC delegations in the important activities of the Arab Parliament for the Child in Sharjah whereas participation far exceeded expectations, emphasising the strong spirit of cooperation and interaction among Arab children, and added new values to their parliamentary experience.

Ayman Othman Al Barout thanked all Arab countries for their great cooperation and all Parliament’s partners in making this meeting a success and realising excellence in serving Arab children.
