The meeting will be held at the headquarters of Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC), and will discuss “Artificial Intelligence through the Eyes of Arab Children”.
76 boys and girls, representing 19 Arab countries, will discuss different topics on issues related to developing their skills and abilities in the field of artificial intelligence.
Ayman Othman Al Barout, Secretary-General of APC, stressed that discussing artificial intelligence among Arab children is of great importance in shaping the future of Arab childhood. Al Barout pointed out that artificial intelligence is not just a technical field, but is also an essential element in the development of societies and achieving comprehensive progress.
Al Barout noted that, through discussing artificial intelligence, APC members will shed light on how to direct the use of technology towards achieving positive benefits for children, and how to deal with potential challenges and risks.
Al Barout concluded that discussions must be directed towards the noble goal of achieving sustainable development and shared benefits for all children in the Arab world.
