Abu Ghazin: HQA is an important cultural pillar in Sharjah

Sharjah 24: Ali Ahmed Abu Ghazin, Chairman of the Sharjah Fish Resources Authority, confirmed that the Holy Quran Academy (HQA) is one of the important cultural and scientific pillars in Sharjah, due to its cultural and global achievement in serving the holy Quran and spreading its sciences.
Abu Ghazin’s statement came while heading a delegation to the Holy Quran Academy where he was received by Abdullah Khalaf Al Hosani, Secretary-General of the Academy, who detailed him on the Academy, its museums, and its scientific and research projects. Then he took him and the accompanying delegation on a tour of the Academy’s museums, during which he showed him manuscripts and rare copies of the Holy Quran, Kaaba's Kiswa, and famous reciter. The delegation also watched the movie Guardians of the Message, in the presence of department directors and heads in the Academy.

Abu Ghazin expressed his happiness with the global cultural achievement of the Academy, and its great role in serving the Quran and spreading its sciences, indicating that this visit came within the framework of strengthening cooperation and continuous communication between the authority and the Academy, in line with the authority’s communication strategy with all local authorities and institutions, and learning about the cultural and scientific attractions that characterise Sharjah.

After touring the corridors of the Academy’s museums, Abu Ghazin confirmed that it is one of the important cultural and scientific pillars of the emirate, as it reflects the interest and vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member, and Ruler of Sharjah.

Abu Ghazin praised the Academy and those responsible for serving the goals and objectives of the emirate, which focus on human interest and development.
