Summer camp for children and families

Sharjah Art Institute, Arts Square, and Al Mureijah Square, Sharjah

Children ages 6–10 and 11–15 can engage with contemporary art and express their creativity through week-long workshops inspired by works in the Sharjah Art Foundation Collection and the ongoing exhibition Laila Majid and Inaam Zafar: Body Quotidian.

Early learning summer camp

6 July–19 August

The Flying Saucer, Dasman, Sharjah

Preschoolers ages 3 to 5 can immerse themselves in stimulating activities and free exploration through hands-on workshops, access to a children’s library and a variety of DIY activity cards that encourage independent learning and playful discovery.

Art centres summer camp

6 July–20 August

Across the emirate

Children ages 6 to 15 can experience the transformative power of art as they experiment with a range of art materials and techniques. The programme focuses on a different theme each week: Everyday Things, Hidden Nature, Imagined Futures and Visual Narratives.
